How to Submit Your Photographs

Option 1: Use a Third-Party Form

We highly recommend using our secure third-party submission form for ease of use and instant confirmation. This method allows you to upload your image directly and provide all necessary metadata in one go.

**NOTE:** If using a third-party tool, you must ensure it includes a functional file upload. You must also link back to your project site if required by the vendor.

Option 2: Direct Email Submission

You may submit your entry by sending an email with your photograph attached. Please follow the instructions below and include all required information in the email body.

When you click the button below, your default email client will open. Please **attach your photo file** to the email and complete the required fields in the email body.

**Instructions:** Please ensure your email subject is 'Photo Contest Submission' and that you **append the image file** to the email. Failure to attach the file or include the category may lead to disqualification.
